I wanted to cosplay Stocking for Katsucon 2013 and was able to do so with Panicky Kitty. It was a costume I knew I could make while also trying to complete my Devil costume at the same time.  

I made this dress with relative ease having already had the base dress pattern from when I first made Dead Master's dress. I adjusted the sleeves and added the right trims to pull off her look. I patterned her stockings and made them myself. The wig (in all but one of these pictures) is from Epic Cosplay and did not require any styling! You can see my video review of the wig here.
