Processing & Shipping Times

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Items that are in stock and do not require customization will be shipped Monday through Friday with a 3-4 business day processing time. Items that are customized, or made to order have their own specific time frame mentioned in their description. It is highly recommended you read product descriptions for important details. All shipments include tracking numbers shipped with USPS.

International Orders

Due to the current climate of shipping outside the United States I am currently only offering US Domestic shipping.


Returns & Exchanges

If there is a problem with your order I highly encourage you to reach out to me through my shop contact and I will get back to you as soon as possible to resolved the issue. Returns are not accepted on custom made or made to order items. Exchanges will only be bad in instances where an incorrect item was sent. Partial or full refunds will not be given on orders where delivery is the result of customer error.

Customer error includes but is not limited to:

  • Moved without informing us timely before the shipment

  • Moved and package was delivered to original provided address AND UNABLE TO RETURN TO SENDER

  • No person at home of the address

  • ADDRESSE does not live at the address provided by customer

  • Address is not USPS Verified

I will accept order cancellation. To cancel your order you must contact me before your order ships with the name on the order and the order number.


Payment Options

Orders processed through the online store are done through PayPal. It is safe, secure and easy. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase through their service. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.


Care & Allergies

I have allergies, is there anything I should know?

All my items are made and stored in a smoke free home. I do have dogs however, but they are kept away from my craft space. I do my best to keep my items dog free but there is still chance for some contact.

Care Instructions

Most items should be washed with gentle care or spot cleaned and laid flat. Please check item listings for specific care and wash instructions.
