Wicked Lady is another of my favorite villains from Sailor Moon. No Flutter is a very talented artist and I love her fan art design. I was extra thrilled to cosplay with Seibatooth as Mistress 9.  This costume is almost 100% patterned by me.

I used an existing pattern for the bloomer shorts and modified a pattern for the jacket. The Top I made by using a masking tape method of pattern making. The arm sleeves were also patterned as was the bustle (fluffy butt) portion of the costume. The flower crowns around each bun were made with light pink flowers that I hand dyed black to have them keep some of their pink hue.
